新能源車(chē)補(bǔ)貼退坡的影響開(kāi)始逐步擴(kuò)大。7月20日，一張南京銀隆產(chǎn)業(yè)園被江蘇省高級(jí)人民法院查封的照片引發(fā)業(yè)內(nèi)熱議。據(jù)了解，被查封的是位于南京市溧水經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的南京銀隆新能源（產(chǎn)業(yè)園）商用車(chē)不動(dòng)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目，查封期限自2018年7月20日起至2021年7月19日止，具體原因不詳。
時(shí)隔不到兩天，外界還未弄清楚事件原因時(shí)，南京銀隆產(chǎn)業(yè)園又被法院解封，前后的變化讓外界始料未及。對(duì)于此次查封原因，法院稱(chēng)，該項(xiàng)目的合作單位與銀隆在合同履行上存在分歧，合作單位向法院申請(qǐng)?jiān)V訟。
