11月14日~15日，河南省第四屆互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)在鄭州舉辦，工業(yè)和信息化部黨組成員、總工程師張峰出席大會(huì)開(kāi)幕式并致辭。

張峰在致辭中強(qiáng)調(diào)，加快工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展，對(duì)推動(dòng)制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)深度融合，促進(jìn)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”和大中小企業(yè)融通發(fā)展，建設(shè)制造強(qiáng)國(guó)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)、數(shù)字中國(guó)、智慧社會(huì)意義重大。工業(yè)和信息化部將深入貫徹落實(shí)黨的十九大精神，以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指引，按照黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的決策部署，遵循“創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享”發(fā)展理念，持續(xù)深入推動(dòng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，以工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為抓手，大力實(shí)施“中國(guó)制造2025”和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng) ”行動(dòng)，加快推進(jìn)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系。

一要營(yíng)造有利于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)蓬勃發(fā)展的環(huán)境，深化簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)、放管結(jié)合、優(yōu)化服務(wù)改革，促進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)”發(fā)展。二要大力推動(dòng)工業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)網(wǎng)、外網(wǎng)建設(shè)，打破“信息孤島”，促進(jìn)制造資源、數(shù)據(jù)等集成共享。三要加快面向先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)升級(jí)改造和配套管理能力建設(shè)，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)專(zhuān)網(wǎng)降費(fèi)用、提速率，促進(jìn)人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)等新興前沿技術(shù)應(yīng)用。四要依托工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)促進(jìn)開(kāi)放融通發(fā)展，推動(dòng)一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)、大中小企業(yè)跨界融通。他表示，工業(yè)和信息化部將全力支持河南加快網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，推動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域深度融合，建設(shè)和發(fā)展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，加快數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)省。
