啟動自動化征程 提出“機器人戰(zhàn)略”

實施“精細化”策略創(chuàng)維引領智能制造
2017年,創(chuàng)維以“國際化、精細化、智能化”作為各產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略方向。其中精細化,就是通過智能制造工程降低成本,提高供應鏈整合的效率,依靠產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和效率增長提升創(chuàng)維產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力。具體包括智能制造EMS、PLC、數(shù)字采集系統(tǒng)等的研究,新材料、新裝備、新工藝技術,加快實現(xiàn)智能制造的目標,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)維彩電、機頂盒等主要產(chǎn)品智能制造的水平達到工業(yè)3.0級,通過3年的努力爭取做到4.0級。

根據(jù)智能制造的需要,創(chuàng)維一共規(guī)劃了29個信息化系統(tǒng),目前已經(jīng)投入了15個,覆蓋率達到50%以上。創(chuàng)維彩電事業(yè)本部副總裁、全球制造中心總經(jīng)理 王德輝先生表示:“信息化系統(tǒng)是一個長期的過程,我們還會將信息化的建設繼續(xù)向前推進,一直達到100%全覆蓋,預計2020年全部完成,到那時候創(chuàng)維的智能化水平就非常高了,我們還將積極探索物聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)的應用。”

中怡康品牌總經(jīng)理左延鵲認為,隨著中國人口紅利減弱以及工業(yè)4.0的進一步推進,中國制造業(yè)已經(jīng)走上了通過自動化提升效率的時代。在大趨勢面前,創(chuàng)維不斷推進精細化、智能化戰(zhàn)略,成為中國制造業(yè)智能升級的引領者。至今創(chuàng)維已研發(fā)出大量行業(yè)首創(chuàng)的應用工業(yè)機器人,其中機器人密度(每萬人的機器人保有量)在200臺以上,基本達到世界發(fā)達國家水平。
