SDC-18B高精度數(shù)控兩端車床是中科精感開發(fā)的專用機(jī)床，主要對軸類和管類零件的兩端同時(shí)進(jìn)行端面、內(nèi)孔和倒角加工。該機(jī)床采用高精度軸承主軸，主軸兩端配裝專用氣動夾具，根據(jù)零件規(guī)格不同可快速更換專用夾具。數(shù)控雙軸聯(lián)動雙刀架同時(shí)加工零件的兩端。不僅如此，SDC-18B高精度數(shù)控兩端車床的切削冷卻采用噴射油冷卻方式，內(nèi)部自動上下料機(jī)構(gòu)和國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，大大節(jié)省了人工消耗。
SDC-18B CNC lathe with high accuracy is a special machine tool for intensive development of Zhongke. It is mainly used for machining end faces, inner holes and chamfering ends of shaft and tube parts. The machine tool adopts high precision bearing spindle and special pneumatic fixture is installed at both ends of the spindle. The special fixture can be quickly replaced according to the different parts specifications. The double - axis double - knife f rame of numerical control simultaneously processes the ends of the parts. Moreover, the cutting and cooling methods of SDC-18B high precision CNC lathe are jet fuel cooling mode, internal automatic loading and unloading mechanism and domestic advanced CNC system, which greatly saves manpower consumption.
