江蘇省經(jīng)信委戴躍強(qiáng)副主任介紹江蘇推進(jìn)工業(yè)強(qiáng)基工程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法，一是加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計(jì)，研究建立工業(yè)強(qiáng)基工作整體體制。二是加強(qiáng)全過程管理，開辟工業(yè)強(qiáng)基項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施。三是有效降低企業(yè)投資和經(jīng)營成本。四是通過近年來大力開啟工業(yè)強(qiáng)基工程，進(jìn)一步提升了江蘇省工業(yè)強(qiáng)基工程水平。

下一步將重點(diǎn)開展以下幾項(xiàng)工作。
一是組織實(shí)施國家一條龍應(yīng)用計(jì)劃，結(jié)合我省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)施一條龍應(yīng)用計(jì)劃，在整機(jī)，零部件等領(lǐng)域，通過召開座談會，發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷等形式，了解上下游企業(yè)需求，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)整機(jī)和基礎(chǔ)器械發(fā)展，開展上下游龍頭企業(yè)合作，合作共贏。

二是圍繞全省任務(wù)，把關(guān)鍵技術(shù)材料，先進(jìn)零部件，先進(jìn)工業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品列為重要方向。組織實(shí)施新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品示范應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目，開辟重點(diǎn)新材料首批應(yīng)用保險(xiǎn)，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)上下游聯(lián)動，鼓勵(lì)支持各地重點(diǎn)企業(yè)開展形式多樣的專題互動，拓展新產(chǎn)品，開展應(yīng)用空間。
