近來,智能化逐漸成為影響工業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。在日前舉行的“新一代工業(yè)智能與體系工程國際論壇”上,中國船舶工業(yè)系統(tǒng)工程研究院海洋智能技術(shù)中心主任邱伯華認(rèn)為,過去我國一直注重看得見的設(shè)備投入,形成了很大的存量?,F(xiàn)在要考慮的不是簡單繼續(xù)投資增量,而是如何將存量的能力釋放出來,將“使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)”變價(jià)值。
