“2017年中國機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展高峰論壇”粵港澳大灣區(qū)頒獎儀式日前啟動，獲獎企業(yè)包括實惠家居、中原地產(chǎn)、麥當(dāng)勞、眾安在線、惠氏、DR.Reborn等。
中國目前已成為全球工業(yè)機器人的第一大市場，在此背景下，香港機器人及人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速，并廣泛運用到其他產(chǎn)業(yè)。為表彰該領(lǐng)域的佼佼者，論壇主辦機構(gòu)——智能評級機構(gòu)迪曼，特別向粵港澳大灣區(qū)內(nèi)的得獎企業(yè)展開巡回造訪及頒獎。

香港實惠家居有限公司獲頒最佳智能服務(wù)大獎（零售業(yè)）。該公司副行政總裁梁兆邦表示，為讓客戶有更好的購物體驗，公司近年來引入了不少人工智能及電子化的服務(wù)措施。例如，顧客只要提供家里的照片，通過實惠的軟件就可以展現(xiàn)出家居擺在家中的效果。
梁兆邦認為此次獲獎對于他們公司是一個鼓勵，未來公司會引入更多的電子服務(wù)，方便顧客，也推動整個產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型。

“中國機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展高峰論壇”組委會秘書長、迪曼智能評級機構(gòu)宋思賢向記者表示，實惠家居將AR（增強現(xiàn)實）與VR（虛擬現(xiàn)實）技術(shù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用于零售層面上，著重人與科技的結(jié)合，值得肯定和鼓勵。

He also said that robots and related smart industries have become one of the hottest industries.
