浙江省經(jīng)信委總工程師厲敏認(rèn)為，浙江在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域擁有良好基礎(chǔ)。2013年，浙江在中國(guó)率先提出發(fā)展信息產(chǎn)業(yè)，如今該產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)第一新動(dòng)能。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2017年1－9月，浙江信息經(jīng)濟(jì)核心產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)增加值3454億元人民幣，超出浙江GDP增幅7．8％。
“然而，數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)水平依然存在較大提升空間，其協(xié)同和連接體系有待加強(qiáng)。”據(jù)傳化智聯(lián)總裁助理李尚青分享數(shù)據(jù)，中國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)占GDP比重僅為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的三分之一左右。
應(yīng)如何解決？國(guó)家工信部信軟司副司長(zhǎng)安筱鵬提出，構(gòu)筑工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)。
據(jù)了解，工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)起源于美國(guó)，其建立意在激勵(lì)制造企業(yè)，振興工業(yè)，保證經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)、可持續(xù)運(yùn)行。安筱鵬解釋，構(gòu)建工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)是基于海量數(shù)據(jù)采集、匯聚、分析的服務(wù)體系，支撐制造資源泛在連接、彈性供給、高效配置。

“在落地平臺(tái)建設(shè)上，我們開展數(shù)字化、平臺(tái)化的轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)踐，通過數(shù)字技術(shù)把服務(wù)鏈條串起來，構(gòu)建開放、共享的智能物流平臺(tái)，形成物流供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)體系。”徐冠巨如是說。

徐冠巨表示，希望更多企業(yè)加入工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)的隊(duì)伍中，加快制造業(yè)擁抱數(shù)字技術(shù)，助力中國(guó)發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)，讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)更好地服務(wù)中國(guó)生產(chǎn)制造。
