日前,我國首個商業(yè)運行的50MW槽式光熱電站———中廣核德令哈光熱電站一次帶電并網(wǎng)成功,從而填補了我國大規(guī)模槽式光熱發(fā)電技術的空白,使我國正式成為了第8個擁有大規(guī)模光熱電站的國家。
據(jù)介紹,由哈電集團哈爾濱汽輪機廠有限責任公司設計制造的蒸汽發(fā)生系統(tǒng)預熱器、過熱器、再熱器、蒸發(fā)器等8臺主設備運行穩(wěn)定,性能優(yōu)異,這8臺設備也是中國首個自主設計制造并運行的大型商業(yè)光熱電站蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)換熱設備。
哈電汽輪機是國內(nèi)第一個設計、制造中國大型商業(yè)光熱電站蒸汽發(fā)生系統(tǒng)預熱器、過熱器、再熱器、蒸發(fā)器等光熱電站核心設備的公司。公司在接到合同后,克服了交貨周期短,設計、工藝、制造難度大的等諸多困難,全力組織,確保了8臺設備在2017年上半年順利交貨。設備安裝及調(diào)試期間,公司安排副總專業(yè)師、技術人員多次到電廠服務和指導,為該機組一次并網(wǎng)發(fā)電提供了有力的支持和保障,得到了中廣核業(yè)主的高度評價和認可。
