提起《中國(guó)制造2025》,相信所有從事制造業(yè)的人士都或多或少的有去了解過(guò)。自2015年5月19日,國(guó)務(wù)院正式印發(fā)《中國(guó)制造2025》開(kāi)始,我國(guó)星羅棋布的制造業(yè)企業(yè)紛紛開(kāi)始向智能制造轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。顯而易見(jiàn),智能制造已是大勢(shì)所趨,在信息化時(shí)代邁向智能化時(shí)代的過(guò)程中,我國(guó)智能制造等高端技術(shù)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展,在很多先進(jìn)領(lǐng)域都卓有成效。如今,智能制造、人工智能、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化等都已經(jīng)逐漸融入各行各業(yè),然而與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)智能制造還存在不小的差距。在智能制造不斷推進(jìn)的過(guò)程中,還有諸多“攔路虎”亟待解決,因此,我們不能盲目的去發(fā)展,需要不時(shí)停下腳步,認(rèn)真思考未來(lái)的發(fā)展道路。
Compared with traditional manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing system has the characteristics of self-discipline, man-machine integration, virtual reality technology, self-organization super flexibility, learning and maintenance.
與傳統(tǒng)制造相比,智能制造系統(tǒng)具有自律能力、人機(jī)一體化、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)、自組織超柔性、學(xué)習(xí)和維護(hù)等特征。推動(dòng)智能制造的兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性技術(shù)是計(jì)算機(jī)芯片計(jì)算速度和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸速度,值得可喜的是,目前我國(guó)在這兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)上面已經(jīng)有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,下一步要做的就是數(shù)字化,“數(shù)字化”包括四個(gè)方面:一是工業(yè)軟件和自動(dòng)化結(jié)合;二是工業(yè)通訊;三是工業(yè)安全;四是工業(yè)服務(wù)。若要很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)“數(shù)字化,我們就還要解決各項(xiàng)困難。
