按照兩部門聯(lián)合下發(fā)的申報通知，2018年省先進制造業(yè)發(fā)展專項資金企業(yè)技術(shù)改造項目支持重點為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、節(jié)能降耗、“兩化”融合。資金采取事后獎補方式，對企業(yè)技術(shù)改造項目的設(shè)備、研發(fā)投入，按照實際完成投資額（以發(fā)票為準(zhǔn)）給予不高于30%的補助，最高不超過1000萬元。
2018年省先進制造業(yè)發(fā)展專項資金（中小企業(yè)類）項目主要支持中小企業(yè)公共服務(wù)（示范）平臺以及小型微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新示范基地發(fā)展壯大，鼓勵服務(wù)平臺為中小企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。支持方式為事后獎補，同時，綜合考慮其服務(wù)中小企業(yè)數(shù)量、服務(wù)成效等因素，單個項目補助資金一般不超過300萬元。

建設(shè)智能工廠的方向

③ 充分結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)理念。充分體現(xiàn)工業(yè)工程和精益生產(chǎn)的理念，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)按訂單驅(qū)動，拉動式生產(chǎn)，盡量減少在制品庫存，消除浪費。推進智能工廠建設(shè)要充分結(jié)合企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和工藝特點。在研發(fā)階段也需要大力推進標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、模塊化和系列化，奠定推進精益生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)。
