因此,不銹鋼薄板焊接的質(zhì)量與操作者、設(shè)備、材料、施工方法、焊接時(shí)的外部環(huán)境及檢測等因素息息相關(guān)。

(1)氬氣
氬氣的純度必須大于99.99%以上。氬氣主要是對熔池進(jìn)行有效的保護(hù),在焊接過程中防止空氣對熔池侵蝕而引起氧化,同時(shí)對焊縫區(qū)域進(jìn)行有效的空氣隔離,使焊縫區(qū)域得到保護(hù),提高焊接性能。
(2)鎢極
鎢極表面要光滑,端部一定要磨尖,且同心度好。這樣焊接時(shí)高頻引弧好、電弧穩(wěn)定性好,熔深深,熔池能保持穩(wěn)定,焊縫成形好,焊接質(zhì)量好。如果鎢極表面燒壞或表面有污染物、裂紋、縮孔等缺陷時(shí),這樣焊接時(shí)高頻引弧困難,電弧不穩(wěn)定,電弧有漂移現(xiàn)象,熔池分散,表面擴(kuò)大,熔深淺,焊縫成形差,焊接質(zhì)量差。
結(jié)論
(1)鎢極氬弧焊穩(wěn)定性好,不同鎢極形狀對不銹鋼薄板焊接質(zhì)量有較大影響。
(2)平頂錐端頭鎢極焊接可提高單面焊雙面成形率,減小焊接熱影響區(qū),焊縫成形美觀,綜合力學(xué)性能較好。
